Ari Yuda Laksmana is an Author, International Speaker & Sustainability Leadership Coach with an extensive background in human resource development, leadership & business in the fields of Technology, Education, Financial Services, Insurance, and GOs/NGOs in Indonesia for over 15 years. As an International Coach, he is listed on global coaching platforms named Boldly, Ezra, CoachA and SpringHealth. His coaching services have impacted over 500 clients and organizations, enabling them to discover their inner strengths and develop tailored leadership strategies that drive significant personal growth, powerful change, and competitive business outcomes.

He earned his Master degree in Global Business Management from Prasetiya Mulya University, one of reputable Business Schools in Indonesia and earned his international credentials, the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Agile Coach Certified from International Consortium for Agile, the first Indonesian Habit and Digital Coaching Certified from the coach.me and an Indonesian pioneer for AI in Coaching Certified from Viva la Coaching Academy, Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner from Center of Sustainability and Excellence (CSE) and as a Maxwell Leadership Certified.

As an International Speaker, he is recognized and registered on the global speaker platform SpeakIn. He is frequently invited to conduct trainings, seminars, and sharing sessions on topics related to Leadership, AI and Coaching, Strategic HR Management, Business Innovation, and Communication.  He is also engaged with government institutions to advise on their Leadership Development Program and Curriculum.

Received the Gold Award from the HR Excellence Award 2019 in the category of Excellence in Leadership Development and the CEO of the Year Award 2024 from APAC Magazine, Ari is now delving into ESG (Sustainability) and AI practices within the context of HR and Coaching. While managing his business in Human Resources Consultation with WMK Consulting as Business Director/Lead Consultant and as a CEO for CoachingYuk, the first digital coaching marketplace in Indonesia. Voluntarily, he is taking a strategic role in some national movement organizations, such as the Indonesia Coaching Practitioner Association (APCI) and the National Movement for Competent Indonesia (GNIK). Registered as a member in the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Asia Pacific Region, and Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA).
